Refunds

We have a 100-day refund policy, which means that you have 100 days from the date of delivery to request a refund.

To request a refund, please reach out to us via our contact page and submit a webform. You can also email us directly at thecarscreen@gmail.com

If your refund request is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your package. Please note we will not accept items sent back to us without requesting a return.

The product must be returned to us in its original condition, and in its original packaging. 

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, we will refund you via the original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please be mindful that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund on their end. If more than 5 business days have passed since we've approved the refund, please contact us via the contact page or sales@thecarscreen.com

 

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel your order, you must contact our customer service team within 6 hours of placing your order. Each order will be in a processing state for 6 hours before it is passed to our operational facility to be fulfilled immediately.

Should you wish to cancel your order after these 6 hours have passed, we may be unable to do so and you will have to request a return once it is delivered to you. Please feel free to contact us with any queries around this.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

The Car Screen is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your package is stolen, you should report this to your local police authority.

If your tracking information states that the product was delivered to your address, but you have not received it, please raise a complaint to the respective shipping carrier. Should you have any questions on how to do this, please get in touch and we'll gladly assist you.

 

Damaged or Defective

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you notice any damage or if the product is defective. We'll then assess the issue and make it right for you.

 

Incorrect address

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the correct delivery address is entered when placing the order. If you notice you've made a mistake, please contact us immediately, within 6 hours of placing the order, so we can correct this for you. 

 

Shipping/Return Fees

The buyer is responsible for any return costs, taxes, customs, duties, currency conversion fees or other associated costs in the return process.

 

Exchanges

Should there be an issue with your product, you may wish to request an exchange, in which we will accept the return of your product and send you a replacement. 

If you choose a return, we will in some cases refund you for the return shipping costs for the initial product. However, please note that we will not accept fault-free refunds of the replacement product, and will only be able to refund this for you if the product has a fault or defect. 

 

Additional Points

We reserve the right to make alterations to our policies at any time and without notice. However, if a purchase is made at the time of a certain policy being in place - e.g our current refund policy - you can expect that it will be honoured accordingly.

If a purchase is made at a discounted price, we will only refund the amount paid and not the regular price of the item.
