What is The CarScreen?

The CarScreen is an in-car entertainment system, powered by a 12V power output or "cigarette lighter" found in almost all vehicles. It connects to your smartphone and allows you to stream shows and music, make hands-free calls, provides navigation through apple/android maps, mirror your phone screen and much more...

Is it compatible with my vehicle?

Yes! The CarScreen is compatible with all vehicles that have a cigarette lighter/12V Power Output. You can mount it on the dashboard, or windscreen, and connect it to your smartphone.

Is it compatible with my phone?

The Car Screen is compatible with Android and Apple smartphones, and supports Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Please ensure your operating system is up to date for full compatibility.

How do you set it up?

The Car Screen is very simple to install, and comes with detailed instructions to assist you. Essentially, you just have to plug the device in to your auxiliary power output (cigarette lighter, 12V power output), mount it on your dashboard using the adhesive provided, and connect it to your mobile phone. What is your shipping policy?

We aim to deliver all orders within 5-11 business days of purchase. This may vary depending on your location. Shipping charges may apply, please refer to the relevant product pages for more information.

What is your refund policy?

As per our guarantee, we offer a no-questions-asked return policy within 100 days from the date of delivery. You can find out more here

Do you ship to my country?

We are based in the United Kingdom, however we ship to most European countries and the United States. If you are not based in Europe or USA, we may still ship to you. Please contact us so we can check this for you.

How can I track my order?

Once you place an order, you should automatically receive an order confirmation email. You will then receive an email with a tracking/order number. Once you have this, head over to our Track Order page and enter the details. If you have any issues, please don't hesitate to contact us and we can assist you with this.

How can I cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We have a 6 hour processing time between the order being placed and being passed to our operational facility for immediate fulfilment.

How can I change my order?

If you would like to change your order, please contact us within 6 hours of placing the order. There is a 6 hour processing window before the order is passed to our operational facility for immediate fulfilment. We may be unable to change or cancel your order after this time.

Where are the CarScreens manufactured?

Manufacturing

Our CarScreens are manufactured in multiple countries including the United Kingdom, USA, Netherlands, Germany, France and China. This is due to a number of reasons including to support demand and logistics. You may receive your CarScreen from any one of these factories, depending on availability and other factors. Don't worry, all of our CarScreens undergo the same rigorous quality control processes to ensure they are up to our usual high standards no matter where they are manufactured.

Warehousing

Once manufactured, our CarScreens are sent to our warehouses across several locations including the United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland, USA, Netherlands, Germany, France and China. Generally, you will receive your order from the warehouses nearest to you to keep shipping times down. There may be exceptions in times of significant demand where we may have to ship your order from another warehouse overseas. This should however not have any significant impact on your delivery time.
